As I write this on Monday Nov 30, the trails are open although there are sections of the trail that are quite muddy. I rode on the Brockdale north section on Sunday and it was passable but goopy in places.

The Highland Park trail going north is closed while a pipeline is installed. This is a temporary closure. If you park at Highland park, you can ride south, but the trail is extremely muddy and tough going in places.
